THE ONE THING MORE IMPORTANT THAN SERVICE

Making a habit of generating leads on a daily basis is the No. 1 thing you can do to ensure that you’re getting a steady pipeline of business.

The absolute, most vital thing in your real estate sales business is lead generation.

Lead generation makes everything else in your business easier or even unnecessary. This is because everything starts with it.

In the past, I have had some agents disagree with me on this. When they tell me that service is the most important thing in our business I do respect that, and agree that it is a high priority; however if you aren’t generating leads within your business then there simply won’t be the number of clients necessary to truly do your best in terms of service.

The truth of the matter is that there needs to be business first before there can be service.

Service is ultimately important. But the reason I block out time from 9 a.m. to noon each morning is to generate business so that I can then from noon to 6 p.m. provide the best service possible.

If I stopped generating leads daily, my business would start to behave like a roller coaster. There would be high points, but as soon as I help certain clients to close, the business would see a massive drop.

The truth of the matter is that there needs to be business first before there can be service. Regenerating your leads on a daily basis is the one thing that will allow for you to have a consistent pipeline of business.

To your success!
