Well, here's some of the things that you should recognize so typically lenders are going to be looking for: 5 to 20% of a down payment.
There's a lot of really great programs depending on your situation and depending on your credit history and your income.
You can get in for in some cases: zero down or three and a half percent down.
It just depends, are you a veteran or your first time homebuyer? Do you qualify for an available grant program?
