When we have that lush landscape it allows people to have an emotional appeal to your home.
A few things I want to talk to you about today are the mistakes that we've seen with the grass care. We're now heading into the summertime and it’s literally 90 degrees now outside. For people who maintain their lawn, you have to trust me, I got a really really big lawn. It’s actually 5 acres of lawn that I maintain so I know about lawn care.
First of all you want to make sure that you watered enough because as soon as we get into August, we get a 100 degrees or 90 degrees whatever the case may be, month after month, that grass is gonna dry up and it’s gonna turn brown which is not a good thing. We need to make certain that we water it enough. You may want to have a sprinkler on sporadically throughout the day or actually in the evening or early morning. A timer on your water sprinkler would be ideal.
The next thing as i mention is watering at the right time. You do not want to water in the middle of the day. You want to water in the evening or in the morning and this is because it’s cooler in the evening and it’s cooler in the morning. You don’t want the water to amplify the sun and just basically burn your grass.
A beautiful lawn doesn’t happen by itself!
Next thing is fertilization. Best time to fertilize grass are in the spring, fall or the best time would be autumn.
Last thing I’ll talk to you about is Grass. Don’t cut it too short. When you cut it too short it messes up with the roots and it positions it so that it does not grow healthy and green. We want your grass to be healthy, we want it to be green and we want it to be lush.
If you have more questions about how to lead generate for your business, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I’d love to speak with you.
