Hi, I’m Les – Head of Marketing.
I started five years ago as a podcast manager and grew into this role by helping ideas move from conversation to execution. My job is to turn strategy into systems, guide campaigns from start to finish, and help the team stay focused, clear, and working toward the same goal.
I lean tech-heavy, like to keep things organized (without overcomplicating them), and I’ve been known to sneak in a bad joke when the moment calls for it—delivery may vary.
I believe the best work happens when clarity leads and ego takes a back seat. My role is to make the big picture work without losing sight of the details that matter.
